with Jayne Devencenzi
Tuesday, September 26 from 10 AM to 12:30 PM
Create your own unique, natural holiday decor at this hands-on workshop.
All materials are provided for this hands-on class where you will learn how to make your own succulent pumpkin. If you grow succulents and are able to bring cuttings to share, that would be great! (Please cut at least 2-3 days before the class to allow the cut to “harden or scab”).
The cost is $50 for members and $60 for non-members. The class is limited to 12 participants, so sign up early.
Pre-registration required. Pay and register using the Paypal link below, or call 805.541.1400×303.
Jayne Devencenzi, jewelry designer and retired school counselor, first began gardening with her father 60+ years ago. She couldn’t wait to have her own piece land so she could begin growing her own vegetables and flowers. When she and her husband moved to SLO over 40 years ago, they bought bare land just outside the city limits. They soon realized they had quite the growing challenge fending off deer, birds, bunnies and gophers! Decades later, they continue to learn how to grow plants in their drought tolerant, succulent filled landscape.
