DESCRIPTION:Join us for a unique sound healing experience being “bathed” with sounds from alchemy crystal bowls\, Koshi chimes\, and other sacred instruments. After the sound bath\, participants will enjoy a guided walking meditation through the Garden amongst the trees\, flowers\, and creatures. \nInstructor Bio: Jamie\, of Harmonic Holistics\, is a full-time sound healing practitioner\, specializing in trauma-informed stress reduction practices. With a passion for everything meditation-related\, she believes everyone can meditate in their own unique way when given guidance\, patience\, and reassurance.
