Family Garden Journaling at the SLO Botanical Garden

Enjoy a morning exploring the SLO Botanical Garden with your child and journaling about your experience together. Mia and Mary will be providing guidance on fostering observation and curiosity. As well as providing tips for recording experiences in your journal. This experience will be guided by Mia Leeper from Little Birds Nature Club and Mary Sturm of Central Coast Nature Journal Club.
This is a family activity, best suited for children ages 4-8, and their parents.
No experience necessary. Journals and pencils will be provided. Please dress in layers and bring water, snacks, sunblock as need.
