Heartland & Homeschool Class: Nature Journaling

First Class: Monday October 5th, 10:00 am – 11:30 am

Learn how to observe and record what you see in nature at the SLO Botanical Garden!

We are thrilled to share that we are a Heartland Vendor and are offering this class to all homeschool students. Private homeschool students are welcome to register and attend.

The class is a hybrid indoor-outdoor class and is 1.5 hours long. Students are encouraged to dress for the weather (wear layers, hats, sunscreen, and close-toed shoes.) Please bring water! You may drop your student off or stay with them to observe class. This class is only available to students ages 7-12, and all necessary materials for the class are provided.

Because this is our first time hosting this class, we will begin with 1-2 classes per month, with separate registration required for each class. We will reassess as we build momentum to offer more!

Cost: $35 per class. Each student needs their own registration.

Note for Heartland families: Register through your Heartland organization as usual. This registration is for private homeschool students only!
