Most New Year’s Resolutions don’t work. Learn the strategies that DO work for making long-lasting change for your health. Feel better in your body, have more energy, do the things you love to do, and live longer. Come away with a healthy goal and a plan to make it happen.
You can: Get moving and more active, make better food choices, reduce your stress, sleep better, feel good in your body, be stronger and more confident, and take control of your life. How would it feel if you could get your issues behind you and move forward, once and for all? Let’s do it!
Registration for this class is FREE, with a suggested donation of $10 to $30 (give what you can) the day of the class. I believe that health coaching should be available to everyone, and your donations will go to a scholarship fund for clients. Thanks!
