San Luis Obispo Botanical Garden (SLOBG) is not responsible for an injury or accident that may occur during my participation as a volunteer in any activity or event. I understand that by signing below I assume full responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during my participation as a volunteer, and I hereby release and hold harmless and covenant not to file suit against SLOBG, employees and any affiliated individuals (“releasees'') associated with my participation from any loss, liability or claims I may have arising out of my participation, including personal injury or damage suffered by me or others, whether caused by falls, contact with participants, conditions of the facility, negligence of the releasees or otherwise. If I do not agree to these terms, I understand that I am not allowed to participate in the volunteer program.
Permission for Use of Photographs or Videos:
I permit the Friends of the San Luis Obispo Botanical Gardens (Friends) to photograph or take video images for the use by the Friends to promote the Garden or as record for archival purposes. Images may be used in general or specialized publications, on the SLOBG website, or in commercials or Public Service Announcements promoting the SLOBG, broadcast on television or shown to selected audiences. I authorize the use of these photographs that include myself, and related minors by checking this box.
