In this class, Holly will guide you through gentle movements and breathing exercises in a standing position (no mat needed). Qi Gong is for all ability levels – from athletes to seniors. It can help lower your stress, boost your energy, increase your flexibility, help with anxiety, and improve chronic pain. You’ll feel relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the class! Chairs are available if you prefer to sit to do the movements. Experience why millions of people worldwide practice Qi Gong.
The weather is looking perfect (sunny and 71 degrees in SLO) on Sunday so we’ll likely be outside. Dress appropriately – bring water and sunscreen and wear comfortable clothing. Meet at the Gift Shop and we’ll walk to the outdoor location together. If things change and it’s wet or cold, we’ll go inside the Oak Glen Pavilion.
