Sound Healing and Nature Meditation – to Celebrate Earth Day!

In this beautiful celebration of Earth Day, you’ll be “bathed” with sounds from alchemy crystal bowls, Koshi chimes, and other sacred instruments. Sound healing helps us embody happiness and peace. Sharing space in community in a garden setting is also a great way to celebrate nature. Come join us for this unique experience. After sound healing, you’ll be led on a walking meditation through the Garden amongst the trees, flowers, and creatures.

Instructor Bio: Jamie is a full-time sound healing practitioner, specializing in trauma-informed stress reduction practices. With a passion for everything meditation-related, she believes everyone can meditate in their own unique way when given guidance, patience, and reassurance. When she isn’t sharing wellness activities, she is hiking, cuddling with her dog, or expressing herself through dance.
